Managing Director

As the founder of Exo Environmental, William has almost 15 years of extensive experience in environmental consultancy and project management. He specialises in sediment management, wetland studies and hydrological investigations.

Operations Manager

Now in his 6th year at Exo, Izaak is responsible for managing the daily activities of the company. With a background in Environmental Earth Sciences, he is highly proficient in document development and fieldwork studies, particularly bathymetry surveys and water & sediment sampling.

Environmental Consultant

Alex is a skilled environmental consultant with expertise in Ocean Sciences and Marine Environmental Protection. He has a particular focus on data management and processing.

Marine Monitoring Consultant

With a master’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation, Sam leads on the development of biodiversity monitoring plans at Exo, including native oyster reef restoration and artificial reef habitat creation for offshore infrastructure.   

Marine Consultant

Imogen supports Exo's marine monitoring projects, helping with survey data interpretation and reporting. She brings hands-on field experience from oyster restoration, including environmental monitoring and sampling.
